At Aliya Veterans, we provide specialized care for veterans and first responders who face the dual challenges of mental health disorders—such as PTSD, anxiety, or depression—and co-occurring substance use. Our continuum of care offers a clear path from stabilization through long-term recovery, with each level designed to meet you where you are in your healing journey.
Whether you begin with medical detox or join at a less intensive stage, you’ll receive the same compassionate support, evidence-based therapies, and holistic wellness services at every level of care.
Our Levels of Care
Medical Detox
Recovery begins with a strong foundation. In our medical detox program, clients receive 24/7 monitoring and medical support to safely manage withdrawal symptoms. Our team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists create individualized detox plans, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout this critical first step.
Detox at Aliya Veterans is more than just physical stabilization—it’s the start of emotional and spiritual healing, setting the stage for continued growth in treatment.
Residential Treatment
After detox, many veterans and first responders transition into residential treatment, where healing can take place in a structured, supportive environment. Clients live on-site and participate in daily programming—typically six hours per day of intensive therapy, groups, and holistic practices.
Our residential program combines evidence-based psychotherapy—including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and motivational interviewing—with holistic therapies like yoga, meditation, expressive arts, fitness, and massage. Together, these approaches create balance, restore resilience, and provide the tools needed to address both trauma and substance use.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers structured daytime treatment while allowing clients to return to supportive housing or home in the evenings. PHP bridges the gap between the intensive care of residential treatment and the increased independence of outpatient care.
Here, veterans and first responders continue working through trauma and addiction using the same clinical and holistic methods as residential care—building stronger coping strategies, stabilizing emotions, and learning to navigate everyday stressors without substances.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For those ready to re-engage with daily responsibilities while maintaining structured support, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexible treatment several days per week.
Clients participate in group therapy, individual sessions, peer support, and holistic activities, all while returning to work, school, or family life. IOP helps clients apply the skills they’ve learned in real-world settings while staying connected to their treatment team and community.
Outpatient Program (OP)
The final step in our continuum of care is the Outpatient Program (OP). This flexible level of treatment provides ongoing therapy, psychiatric support, and relapse-prevention planning on a schedule that fits each client’s lifestyle.
OP ensures veterans and first responders have continued access to professional care and community support, helping maintain recovery and mental wellness over the long term.
